On June of this year, the State of Illinois and the IDFPR updated the PERC Card application! Our friends down at the IDFPR informed us that for the new PERC Card application a PASSPORT PHOTO is no longer needed! The old application had a section for you to tape a PASSPORT PHOTO but that is no longer a requirement. We have attached a copy of the new PERC Card application, click here, and we hope that this news is incredibly helpful to those who are inquiring about obtaining a PERC Card in Illinois.
